This is a great quad, year 2006 Offroad ATV 4x4 2&4WD quad Yamaha 660cc Grizzly ultramatic fully automatic. These are the best models Yamaha ever produced this one being in the limited edition silver colourThe plastics are in great condition for year and do not have any major cracks to them and they are all complete. Obviously they do have some marks to them which can be expected from working vehicles and as you can see from the pictures looks very clean. The back right hand side plastic fender has a scuff to it which can be seen in pictures but for yearcan be expected and looks pretty decent. This is only cosmetic and the engine, gearbox etc are all perfect and work as they shouldThe quad features a reverse option and 10 automatic gears 5 in low box and 5 in high box and gears are selected by means of a lever with High, Low, Neutral, Reverse & ParkIt also has a switch to handlebars to choose between the 2/4 wheel drive option and also has a diff lock option. This is a beast of a machine very very powerful and not for the faint heartedThe quad has an electric push button start and it starts up fine and ticks over nice as can be seen from the video above and drives well with very smooth gear changes to the automatic box. Reverse option also works fine with no problems and the park option also works fineThe quad is a very powerful bike with light steeringThe quad has very good front and back brakes and all work perfect along with the foot brake, hand brake is also in working order as well as the footbrakeThe quad is sitting on 4 very good off road tyres with very good tread to themThe steering & suspension are all good and work as they should with independent suspension arms which is a very good feature to have and much safer for offroad useThe quad has front and rear lights all of which work perfectly and comes with one key and the horn also works perfectlyThe digital display is working perfectly with no pixel damage and no cracks to it and is showing only 3499 miles from new and only 700 hours from new which is absolutely nothing for one of these. Very easy life. It does have some marks to plastics which can be expected from working atv vehicles but only cosmetic and mechanically very sound with a sweet engineThe quad also features a tow bar on the back which will pull anythingThe quad has a good sweet engine as expected from Yamaha, starts on the electric button as can be seen in the video above very powerful bike with no smoke and no leaksThe quad is very solid and built to a quality standard with a good solid frame and mechanically soundThe make and model speaks for itself it is the Yamaha Grizzly 660cc ultramatic fully auto with 2/4 wheel drive selectable and diff lockThe seat is very good with no damageThe quad is not currently road registered although i am told this is easily done. All you do is contact a honda quad main dealer fill out a form with some information pay them apprx £80 and they sort the rest. I am told it takes about 12 weeks in total but i have never done this myself2 MTH RTB WARRANTYI offer a 2 month return to base warranty against the engine and gearbox so if you have any major issues with the engine or gearbox within 2 months of purchase agreement which is the date you purchase on ebay then you can return the quad bike to us in gloucestershire or south wales for it to be fixed. There will be no refunds. The problem will be fixed, if the problem cannot be fixed beyond ecconomical repair then i reserve the right to replace the quad bike with a simular model. All general items like bearings, brakes, tyres and electrics are excluded from the warranty. The warranty only covers main engine componants and gearbox so you can bid with confidence and piece of mindPLEASE NOTE: The quads i sell are part ex off road vehicles. They are all checked mechanically before they get to me. Engine, gearbox, brakes, suspension and all levels are checked before i offer them for sale by a 3rd party mechanic as i am not a mechanic myself. The quads may have some paint touch ups and may be tidied up in places including frame, racks and other bits. These are off road vehicles so may have wear & tear, scuffs and marks, some things like bearings etc may have very slight play to them and anything with a lot of play or damaged will be replaced. Viewing is advised before bidding. All of the quads i sell start, drive and stop as they should unless otherwise stated in descriptionI am not a mechanic and dont know anything about the mechanics of the quad bikes. I do take them for a quick spin when received to check they run ok. If anybody is in any doubt then please view in person before biddingThe quads i sell are designed to work and will do that perfectly. They are not new quad bikes so please do not expect this. If you want a new one or are expecting a show winning quad then please buy one new from a main dealer.
