WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS: · This product comes with a 12 months manufacture warranty · Warranty does not include parts that are expendable or considered as normal wear consumables · This warranty is a return to base warranty, meaning that any faulty items must be returned to us with shipping charges prepaid. · We will then return the repaired item to you with return shipping charges prepaid. Where an item cannot be repaired, a replacement item will be sent. · Approval to return an item under warranty must be granted before an item is returned · This warranty does not cover damage caused by neglect or misuse of the product. · We reserve the right to reject any claim made after 7 days for any DOA cases. · Warranty is non-transferrable and is valid only to the original purchaser. RETURNS & REFUND All sales are final unless items are found to be damaged or defective. DOA (Dead on Arrival) items must be reported within 7 days from delivered date. A replacement item will be issued. Return must be agreed by both parties prior to the actual return. Buyers must strictly follow our return procedure when returning a faulty item.
