Reliant Robin trike in the chopper low rider style with low miles since pro-build by local trike company, but whilst presenting as very nice indeed she has minor cosmetic changes - which are normal I guess. I need to mention this to ensure you aren't expecting a brand new finish, but I regard these as minor. The trike is nice and low and I think she is well designed and built. No advisories at the MOT and only done 500 miles in the last four years, showing just over 1000 miles on the clock. Four forward gears and reverse plus the mandatory handbrake. She is stable in corners, probably because she is so low.The stainless exhaust system is loudish, but not too bad and certainly doesn't sound like the donor vehicle. The radiator is cleverly sited in the rear of the trike, out of sight and I think the result is a visually very attractive machine.I have ordered a replacement set of LED indicators, because some LEDs on the right indicator have failed. They will come with the trike for you to fit. It wasn't till after ordering them that I realised the due delivery date is 15th Feb!I am 6ft 2ins tall, but the trike will probably equally suit the smaller rider. It would be easy to add a rack and box/panniers, if you are the more adventurous type. The V5c shows the type of vehicle as tricycle and the body type as tricycle. In other words, the trike build has been correctly registered with the DVLA. She is currently on SORN. I am currently at home in Ringwood Hampshire most of the time and I'm happy to allow viewings during the daytime. My garage is reasonably well lit and so evening viewing is feasible. Had slight problems with sunlight for the pics, so I would recommend taking a look! For the law relating to who can and can't drive my trike, I would recommend reading http://www.trikeshop.co.uk/trike_law.htm. The trike is registered as 1980 first registration (based on donor vehicle) and weighs in at 402kgs. They also advise about crash helmets and seatbelts. I gather you don't need crash helmet or seatbelts, but the driving licence requirements depend somewhat on when you passed your test and whether or not you are registered disabled. If you are uncertain, I recommend reading this.
