EVERYTHING is NEW: radiator / cap / anti-vibration grommets / fan thermostat temperature sensor / wiring / Weather-Pack connectors / SPAL fan. This costs a bunch of $$$ from a Polaris dealership. The radiator is manufactured by LONG of Canada. The SPAL fan is from an EU corporation based in Italy. LONG and SPAL are used by top Motorsports teams due to QUALITY CONTROL / DURABILITY / RELIABILITY. Specific aluminum alloys and welding procedures are required for a maximum quality radiator. Substitute alloys and construction methods from offshore locations can be a short term savings with a risk to engine overheating or failure from a pinhole leak miles from any paved road.
