Warranty  We offer a 30-day parts warranty.   Warranty and Terms of sale are listed below:
All sales are final. Spare parts are readily available and we stock them exclusively for our customers. We warrant all parts are free from defective material and defective workmanship, and we agree to replace or repair any part that proves to be defective, without charge. This warranty does not replace parts which are consumable or expendable such as globes, fuses, chains, tyres, battery unless they were faulty initially. If a spare part is unavailable, we will source it directly from the manufacturer in a reasonable timeframe.   This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, abuse, incorrect assembly, improper and irregular maintenance, or accident or collision. The buyer is responsible for all costs of returning any faulty item back to us. In the event of a fault of a part or product, we require the faulty part or product to be sent back to us. We will then have our mechanics examine and test the fault and replace or repair any item deemed to be faulty. Like any other retailer in Australia, the customer is responsible for transport cost of any defective item, back to the retailer.  If the item cannot be repaired or exchanged, store credit will be given. Please ensure the item is properly assembled before use. Although the product has been checked during manufacture, prior to packaging, and prior to dispatch, please ensure all bolts and nuts are tightened before each use, and all parts are functioning correctly. Taipan Industries cannot be held responsible for any theft, damage or injury caused whilst operating this product. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure they have all he necessary clothing and helmets whilst riding.

Shipping  Please ring us on 1300 824 726 or 0430 012 339 for freight quotation, please have your postcode ready. All orders are sent on the same or next business day via Australia Post, TOLL IPEC or other Couriers depending on your location. We send everything with tracking and Signature delivery, tracking numbers are also entered into the Ebay system for easy reference. Please ensure that your correct address is entered upon checkout, when paying with Paypal we will only send to the address listed in your Paypal Checkout - We will not send to any other address. Pickup is available between Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm, Saturday 9:30am - 4pm from our Coopers Plains showroom.  Please note, on-road permit for trailers may require for weekend pickups.  In such case, bring your credit card, and Queensland driver's license, so we can apply the permit for you online.
