It's time for a downsizing. This is a wonderful running and driving Raider. The '75 models are very rare, since the Raider company, Leisure Vehicles was bankrupt and liquidated in November of 1974.All 1975 Raiders were equipped with Kohler AS/2 engines with electric start. The blue sleds have 340cc engines. This machine is all original, except that I sand blasted and repainted the springs and rear suspension a few years ago. The engine compartment has not been cleaned or detailed, as it has always been a runner in our collection. There is a crack in the fiberglass that is not structural, so I left it as found, to retain the original paint finish. Grabber Blue is the correct color for the '75 Raider 340s. If you have not seen a blue one before, it is because they are that scarce. The seats are all original, and in fantastic shape. The miles are correct, since the speedometer, odometer are working. This is not the case on many low miles Raiders. It has always been a dependable runner. My 80 year old dad was the last one to ride it on a vintage trail ride. I have other vintage Raiders, and this one just does not get ridden enough.I've owned and maintained it for over ten years. It comes with a new battery, and a new windshield. It will need nothing but a person in the seat.Raiders ride like nothing else out there, and can be ridden in comfort anywhere. Even going 45 or 50 mph, you will feel like you are in an open wheel race car. At least I always do. I've been riding, collecting, and restoring Raiders since they were new. There is a large cult following, and collector support with lots of parts still available. No Reserve. I will miss it. Thanks.
