Collectors off road buggy. Not registered for road.
Original Blitz dune buggy
Based on Fiat 126.
650 cc twin cylinder four stroke.
4 speed and reverse gearbox.
Lots of work done and new parts fitted including -
Starter motor, clutch pressure and friction plate with new thrust bearing.
Coil, distributor cap and contacts.
New brake shoes all round with fitting kit.
4 new slave cylinders and new master cylinder.
All new brake pipes.
Suspension and steering all stripped and serviced.New driveshaft flexi couplingsNew gearbox shaft seals
New half floor pan fitted.
Full engine service.
New kill switch and starter button.
New battery.
Completely rewired.
New fuel cell and converted to electric fuel pump system with isolator switch.
Good condition bucket seat fitted, full harness belts available if required.
New front tyres.
Many hours spent refurbishing and a fortune spent on hammerite lol.
Difficult to value this as the engine and box would sell to fiat enthusiasts for over £500.
One other Blitz advertised on scumtree and its a total heap, asking price £650.
Spent far too much on this but wanted to make it right. Runs well and is fantastic fun. Suitable teen or adult.
