This is a fully complete TITLED and Street Legal rail.It needs nothing to be ready to go.   VW powered w/ a 1600cc engine and 4 spdIt is pretty darn fast and definitely fun, it's been very dependable for me as well.   It will climb, race, or cruise trails.   I've always used it as a desert dawg but with the right tires could definitely be a sand buggy as well.   One of the best things about this rail is that is has an attached (but removable if desired) tow bar so no trailer needed !       I strap it on, take it where I want to and have fun all day long.It has headlights, top lights, and brake lights which is pretty nice.Of all the vehicles I have this one is the one my daughter wants me to keep.   Unfortunately I am also paying to store it because i have no room so something has got to go.Low reserve price**local pickup only**   I will  not ship
