i bought this about 8 years ago for my daughter who hasn't touched it for almost 2 years. In fact i'd be surprised it its done more that 100 hours in its life. The condition of the tyres prove that and you can still see the red stripes marked on them! I pulled it out of the garage this morning and gave it a hose down. I'd say it is in very good condition- it was only ever used on grass. There are some marks/scratches on it but nothing is cracked or broken. it took me a while to get it going but with some fresh fuel and Easy Start I got it running. To be honest the last couple of times I got it out for my daughter to play on it it was a bit tricky to get going from cold - however once it is warm it starts again very very easily. It doesn't smoke much for a 2 stroke and uses a small amount of oil - again because the engine has only had little use. I would recommend that whoever buys this gives it an engine service to avoid disappointed kids! These Aeons are not chinese rubbish and are well made. I am 17 stone and this will pull me very easily. They are automatic with a thumb throttle. There is also an adjustable screw which limits the throttle movement for beginners etc. It also has fully enclosed foot rests for safety. Front and rear brakes are all fully functioning and the rear brakes locks as a handbrake. It has to be engaged before you can start it - again a good safety feature. It has an electric start as well as kick start - the battery is shot but I have been using a booster pack to turn it over. Headlamps all working etc. I also put a fake number plate on the front for my daughter's name as shown in the photo - which obviously I'll remove but it might be a nice touch for its next owner. I think these are about £1500 new and so this would be excellent value for a Christmas present and with a bit more effort it will clean up really nicely.
