VW Beetle / Yamaha Marauder Trike For SaleBuilt between 2008 - 2012 this unique vehicle is a definite one off and a real head turner.The front end springer forks from a Yamaha Marauder Motorcycle and the rear end of 1300cc VW Beetle. The engine was completely stripped and rebuilt during the build with many additional chrome features added. New exhaust system giving it a truly sporty sound.The main chassis was built with 1.25" tubular steel incorporating safety roll cage in the roof.A full pictorial and documented history of the build, as well as invoices are available.Included is a bracket that fixes to a tow-bar mount for ease of transport.Various spares also available and included in the price.A full service was carried out in August 2016 at which time new driveshaft rubber boots were fitted.This vehicle is ideal for personal fun and pleasure and could be utilised for business purposes as we have been asked on numerous occasions about Wedding and Proms transport. It certainly generates interest whenever she is driven, and a crowd soon appears when stationary. She has been entered in a few local transport shows and has been know to win Best Trike on occasions, and if there were a prize for the most photographed vehicle she would win hands down every time.
