98 SkiDoo MXZ 583 w/ NY Paperwork. Previous owner claims rebuilt engine has under 800 Miles (Which I do believe but cannot prove). New Shocks and Springs in rear. Twin 40mm Mikuni Carbs. I had it running about 3 minutes today. It is not getting gas it looks like. Sticky floats I would safely assume. By putting fuel directly in the carbs - It will run. It has excellent compression. Seat is usable but could use a cover. Recoil Starter slacks on return. I DO have the windshield - It blew off during a terribly windy storm recently but can be easily reFitted.
