Up for auction is a custom built Honda Ruckus. I am the builder of this bike, and I am selling it for my customer. Medical issues have made it not possible to ride any longer.    This was a no expense spared build. The project started with a 2012 Ruckus that had an owner installed stretch "kit" installed. We took it many levels further. A Honda SH150 scooter was chosen as a doner motor. This motor was completely disassembled and rebuilt using a Malossi 170cc big bore kit. While apart all of the cases were walnut shell blasted and a clear matte finish applied. Different final drive gears were installed to compensate for the difference in wheel size between the SH150 and the Ruckus.     A new 1.4 gallon fuel tank was fabricated with the fuel pump from the SH150 installed in it, in order to retain the SH150's fuel injection. An all aluminum radiator was fabricated to cool the 170cc motor.   The engine was installed in the modified Ruckus chassis using all custom fabricated weld-in motor mounts. The motor is suspended using a twin shock set-up with a fabricated right side "swing arm".   A new rear hub was machined in order to mate the Ruckhouse wheel to the SH150 drive axle, and TWPO brake disc. A bracket was machined to facilitate the mounting of a rear disc brake caliper.   A new wiring harness was built integrating switches, lights, Vapor digital dash, and SH150 ECU. The ECU is then piggy backed with a Two Brothers Juice Box to be able to tune the fuel injection for the increased breathing from the open intake and Yoshimura pipe.    All of the electrics are housed in a fabricated aluminum 5/8 scale facsimile of a stock Ruckus battery box/cowl.  I have included some pics of the fabrication process, however there are many, many  more custom had fabricated parts done to this bike. Listed below are all of the parts built or purchased and installed on this bike. The end result is a very unique machine that is fun to ride, accelerates like it is electric, and will carry a 200lb rider at 65mph. Whether you are a Rucks fan, or just a custom bike fan, this would be a great show piece for your garage/shop/ man cave. The bike has a clean Ohio title and is currently registered   Obviously from the photos and description a lot of work and money went into this build.
