Here we have for auction a professionally converted Honda Goldwing trike.it is a 1980 GL1100.it is registered as a trike on the log book.the engine starts and runs well and sounds great.the rear tyres are brand newnew starter motorit has heated grips fitted and some LED running lights on the rear wheel arches, all of the electrics work as they should and the indicators have a beeper on them to stop you accidentally leaving them on.it is incredibly comfortable even with two on.the paintwork is not excellent and although it is still presentable it could be better.the bike has no MOT however it passed last year with no advisories and has done very little mileage since.when riding there is a knocking feeling under acceleration and when pulling away, suspected gearbox fault as when coasting with the clutch in or on rundown when in gear the feeling goes away, engine is noise and fault free.this problem will need addressed before doing any serious mileage, all gears still engage and it can be test ridden as it is, but it does need looked at.all in all this is an excellent project for someone with great potential!CASH ON COLLECTION ONLY WITHIN 7 DAYS OF AUCTION END FROM POSTAL CODE: NE26 4RG , SEATON SLUICE , NORTHUMBERLAND.
