It is a 2008 with very low miles for the year. It has less than 1500 miles on it and has been garaged its whole life. I am the second owner. These scoots are $7000 new plus an extra $500-$600 shipping from Florida. Scoot has a powerful 150cc, finely tuned, high torque, reliable, 4 stroke engine and goes up to 55mph even with 2 people on board. It is DOT approved in all 50 states. Has front/back anti-lock hydraulic brakes and stops on a dime. Convenient locking storage trunk and glove box with AUX hook up for MP3 player. Great way to get around town. Great attention grabber for yourself or business purposes. Very well built. Oil was just changed. Scoot has been stored indoors since purchased. Manufacturer and dealers say this vehicle is practically brand new and worth $5000 all day long although the reserve on this listing is way below that and priced to sell. **You will not see any for sale out there and if you do they will be beat up older units that have high mileage and been used for rental. No other one available on eBay at this time. Very unique vehicle and a blast to drive. Be the only one in your town or state to own one. This scoot does have a few minor cosmetic issues from the original owner side swiping a pole at the beach. There are minor scuffs on drivers side rear and a small crack in bottom of fiberglass. See pictures. The muffler had been repaired as seen in picture it is missing the outer cover but it does not effect the function of it. It is very quiet. Also comes with a replacement windshield. Theres nothing wrong with the one on it just have a spare in case. Thanks.
