1965 Lambretta Li 150 Series 3 Silver Special
Origin: This is a true Italian vintage scooter made by
Innocenti in Milan. I purchased the scooter from Rimini Lambretta Centre and had
it shipped to the United States. I have the paperwork documenting its shipment.
Condition: Scooter is in great running condition with only
11,668 miles (18,778km). It shifts smoothly and has a top speed of 50 mph
(80 km). It cruises at 45 mph (70 km) with ease. Brakes
work great. The Pirelli tires have a lot of life in them. The paint is original
silver and has its share of character adding nicks and scrapes, which give it a
true authenticity. I left the paint original because I think that’s
what people prefer on a scooter of this age and quality. The leather in the
seat has some stitching that is coming loose (see pic). There is a small crack on
one side of the floorboard runner (see pic). The original front fender has a
small crack in the fiberglass. The headlight and taillight just stopped
working. Not sure what the issue is, but it’s easy to work on and get it straightened away.I just bought a commuter bike and need to raise some funds for modifications.See video of me recently riding the Lammy at: https://youtu.be/HaMnOmQVSVs.
Ride it like it is…vintage & sweaty, or restore
it to your liking.
