This 1984 250R (along with 3 other Honda ATC's) were purchased by my father in law at Delta Cycle in Delta Utah in May of 1984.The 250R was for him, a 200x for the oldest teen daughter and 2 200S's for his wife and youngest daughter.They were used on two camping trips and two trips to the sand dunes in 1984. The last trip out he drained the fuel out of the tanks, pushed them into a corner of the garage and threw blankets over them. Life got busy, his father got sick and the kids grew up and left the house. That was 32 years ago.They have not been started, washed nor outside since then.The only thing not original on the 250R is it doesn't have the original air in the tires and the first break in oil change was done in 1984. Other than that it hasn't been touched.He estimates that this bike has 30 to 40 hrs use.The pics looked like the plastic is oxidized but that is only dust.It comes with the original Honda Certificate of Origin for a Vehicle, the original manual and some safety info that was sent to him by Honda.I did pull it out of the garage for the pictures and check for compression which it has plenty of.This ATC is being sold as it where is in Davis County Utah.I am available by phone for any questions. Anyone wanting to see it in person is welcome to do so. I don't intend to wash or disturb these in any way.True one of a kind barn find Honda!Will be listing the 200x and the two 200s' that are in the photo after this one sells.$500 deposit due after auctions ends.
