HURRICANE H150N QUAD BIKEI would like to say that this quad has had one careful lady owner, never raced or rallied, but that would be total rubbish.This quad has been used what it was meant for, which is having fun, however it has been well looked after & maintained and is in good condition.Electric start, kick start, forward, neutral and reverse gears with automatic drive. Hand guards, Hydraulic rear disc brake. The tyres have more than enough life left in them, there are slight marks on the seat and scratches on the plastics which is to be expected.Some of the inherent design problems with these quads are the stupid diaphragm/vacuum carbs that always cause running problems and the plastic fuel taps that always seem to leak.I decided to cure these problems as they are the only things that let this quad down, I have fitted a new Mikuni VM24 performance slide carb with a bespoke made large bore aluminium intake manifold, the plastic fuel tap was replaced with a metal type with the appropriate pipe adapters.To take advantage of the full performance available from the carb I have fitted a performance CDI unit.This quad has been more fun and more powerful than I ever expected it to be and now with the performance upgrades it's even better, It out performs many other well known brands of the same size.Parts for these quads are more than easy enough to obtain in the UK.The following servicing/repairs have been carried out:- New engine oil- New gearbox oil(s)- Cleaned air filter - Adjust brakes- New battery- Performance carb and manifold- Performance CDIReasonable offers considered.
