This is an early swan neck Velosolex. Pretty rare here in the states. I don't know the exact year.I haven't ridden it in a few years but I am sure you could get it running pretty easily. It has been displayed in an air conditioned collection. It seems complete. $250 deposit via paypal. Shipping is the buyers responsibility. No title.
