Built in 1980 as a replica of the 1975 World Champion winning Ferrari 312T this Go Kart is fully hand made.Constructed of 20 gauge steel over steel box it weighs approximately 100 pounds without the motor. The motor is from a Toro snow-blower and likely dates from the 1960s. It has not run in 30 years. The cowling on the cart comes off allowing adults and larger kids to drive it. The seat is not adjustable, but could be modified. The cart is not perfect with many paint flaws and 'patina', but it represents well. It has been used as a display piece and that is probably it's best use now, but it could be restored to working condition. The fuel tank is located under the rear wing and uses gravity feed. We have much of the design drawings and documentation from the build.
