Up for auction is a 2008 Yamaha Raptor 700.  As soon as i bought it I took it to my local motorcycle shop and had them go through the entire machine and check it out.  I had a new battery installed and had the fluids changed and new brake pads were installed.  The entire machine was gone over.  Rear tires will need to be replaced soon.  It has about 5 or 6 hours on it since i bought it last year.  I bought this one and a 2007 and then i bought a YXZ 1000 side by side and seem to ride the side by side and the four wheelers just sit.  They are stored in an enclosed trailer out of the weather and are in very good condition.  I looked around a lot before i bought these.
