Has electric start with recoil backup,  front and rear racks, and a hitch.  This does not have a title as the state of IL did not require titles back in 1995. This unit will come with a bill of sale.  This machine has been checked out in our shop and is ready to ride.  This unit has 3501 miles on it. Tires are around 20%.
