Installed a new AGM battery and new 750gph bilge pump to make sinking this thing almost impossible. Doesn't leak, just nice insurance. I rebuilt the reverse lever, old one was sloppy and factory adjusted it to stock specs, works like butter now. Just rebuilt, cleaned and synchronized the twin carbs and set to factory pop off. Starts right up and purrs like a kitten. Also replaced all the oil lines with clear tygon ones with double stainless clamps to insure reliability. It is bullet proof now! Also timed the oil pump to perfectly match the carbs to factory specs. Installed all new quality fuel lines with stainless clamps throughout!!! Replaced fuel filter, oil filter and water separator. Cleaned and inspected the fuel selector, works like New. I only use full synthetic Klotz Skicraft on both of these skis. No premix for these skis, all factory oil injected. They will last a long time with proper care. The red 1997 Gsx is a blast built for two riders. Has the same 787 engine with 110hp can easily pull a tube. This thing really moves too! Almost keeps up with my 2001 xlt's I have listed and they have 155hp. It will get you close to 60mph. This thing is so light and nimble it is a blast to ride around. The electric vts allows for adjusting trim up or down. Works perfectly! Ski comes with an IL title. This one also has fresh carb rebuild and pop off to factory specs. Starts right up and idles great. Replaced all the fuel lines with quality fuel injector hose and used stainless clamps on everything, no more zip ties for this bad boy. New oil filter, fuel filter and water separator. Cleaned and inspected the fuel selector as well. Also replaced the oil lines with tygon clear ones and used double stainless clamps to bullet proof it as well. Very reliable ski when cared for properly. Only used full synthetic Klotz Skicraft oil in this, not into premix, too messy for me. This thing really carves thru the waves and is the most fun to ride for me. Handles like a dream. You won't regret this purchase, I'm practically giving it away with all the work I have in it. Best of all, the seadoo's are gel coated. The paint looks amazing on both, with a couple nicks here and there.
