This 1987 Tecate 4 is coming out of my personal collection. I have been sporting it on the showroom floor of my vintage motorcycle shop but now it is time to let it go. I have my eyes on a new investment so there are a few of my personal bikes and toys up for auction this week. This machine is very clean and if you don't know the Tecate 250 three and four wheelers from the 80s that's a shame. They were the ass kickers and the Honda owners didn't like us. It runs like a raped ape and it is not a machine for the faint of heart. This is a 2 stroke 250 with an FMF Turbine Core fatty exhaust. There is no restricting this green machine! As you can see in the pictures the machine has been well taken care of. Unfortunately the exhaust was not heat protected and it melted a small area of the right back fender well. It was never a big deal to me as it is protected now and it doesn't look bad. If it bothers you there are used and new back plastics available on here. The rest of the plastics are in excellent shape as you can see in the pictures. The seat is also in great shape. The machine cosmetically is excellent with the exception of the small burn from the exhaust.The super cool headlight goes up and down as it should when it rolled off the showroom floor. Tires are in great condition and lots of life left. Inside of tank is clean. The cases and painted levers are scratched up a bit but can easily be repainted and the machine would look like new, seriously. This Tecate runs as it should and handles as it should. Very rare condition for this 2 year production 2 stroke four wheeler.I do have the stock exhaust and air box, if you want to slow it down :) Who ever takes this puppy home will be the envy of the ATV park!I reserve the right to end the auction early due to a local sale or acceptable offer from an Ebay buyer.
