This machine is BRAND NEW. It has never been sold, registered, or titled. It will come with Arctic Cat Factory 6 month warranty good at any Arctic Cat ATV dealership in the country from the date of purchase. As for transaction details, We are HL Powersports, located in Harveys lake, Pennsylvania 18618. Our preference is that you pick this machine up with cash in person, but we will also accept a certified check, or bank to bank wire transfer. It MUST be paid for (not necessarily picked up) within 7 days of the listing's close. Pennsylvania buyers...we will charge 6% sales tax in addition to the purchase price (as required by state law). We also will issue a "DCNR" license plate for PA buyers.We are not arranging for shipping of this ATV. If you (the buyer) would like to have it delivered to you...shipping arrangements are YOUR(the buyer's) responsibility. If you have it delivered to you, you may still have to pay sales tax in your home state.The only other exception to this sales tax rule is a valid state exemption for farm/agricultural use. All rebates to dealer.
