You are looking at a 1964 Vespa VNB 125cc Motor Scooter. Runs and drives great when it gets kicked on. It does need the carb cleaned out. It's a little tricky to get kicked on once and awhile, but again it is over 50 years old. If you would like to see more pics, please message me! I also have a clean title to go with it! No major rust. This would make for a killer restore, or if you want it sweaty, it's good to go! I purchased through Gran Sport Cycles out of Davenport, IA.
