We just traded in one of the cleanest youth ATV's ever! It is a 2008 Can Am DS250. This model features an automatic transmission with reverse, hydraulic disc brakes all around, and a smooth, quiet 250 cc 4 stroke, water cooled engine. Her previous owner added a few goodies. First, he put on a set of Powermadd hand guards to protect his sons hands from rocks/brush/etc. Next, and more importantly, he put the reinforced rear rims and tires rims off his ds 450 on the rear (he upgraded his 450 to beadlocks). This gave it much stronger rims, and they fit the standard 450 tires which are much more available in variety. Now he traded it in on a DS450 as his son has simply outgrown it (the kids 6' tall now). We were happy to trade it, as it was meticulously maintained and is virtually spotless in appearance. It just had a complete service of all engine fluids, the antifreeze was checked/tested, the chain and sprockets are very good, and the tires are at about 60%. So, you can buy an identical 2017 for $4200, or buy this excellent used one for FAR less!!Serious bidders only, bid to win.
