Built in 2015Runs excellent, drives and handles great,  very stable at high speeds. I have been up to110 mph, I think it will top out around 160 based on the RPM's. I cruise the interstate here at 75 just as smooth as can be.  I have put 4,500 miles on it since the build.  Only been on road, I have never gone off road with it.  everything custom made.- built with new parts that total over $21,000 just for parts.-Subaru 2.0 JDM DOHC fuel injected turbo engine. producing 320 total HP.  Kennedy engineering adapter plate, kush lock clutch, stage 3 pressure plate with hydraulic clutch kit. paired with a VW 002 built pro street freeway flyer transaxle with Porsche 930 flanges, axles, and stub axles.  4 wheel disc brakes.  4 wheel adjustable coil over shocks. new wheel bearings, rotors and bushings.  front and rear suspension from a Volkswagen Beetle.  adjustable driver seat. oversized intercooler with cryo-freeze kit (blows liquid Co2 into the intercooler) adds 35 HP on demand.  it is NOT NITROUS OXIDE. I have installed a bypass valve to blow Co2 at the push of a button, upward from the middle of the engine to give the illusion that I am purging nitrous to onlookers at stoplights.  turbo pushes 16 psi boost.  remote controlled Adjustable blow off valve to aspirate to outside or recirculate back into system.  8 gallon fuel cell with electronic fuel gauge.  speedometer is GPS driven and has odometer log. has gauge for temperature, oil pressure, battery voltage, boost, fuel gauge, tachometer, speedometer,  all electrical connections have been soldered and shrink wrapped.  everything was built with marine application in mind.  led fog lights, led off road lighs. front wench. easy access removable panel on front hood with spring clips.  Boss marine speakers, Boss marine amplifier, Marine AM/FM stereo head unit that has USB port and headphone input jack for phone or mp3 device.  The stereo sounds AMAZING !!  Dune Buggy is equipped with a remote activated car alarm with proximity sensor, and flashing red light, so if anyone walks up close to the buggy while armed it will sound warning chirps to let the person know its alarmed.  if they mess with the buggy the alarm siren goes off.   comes with an easy clip tow bar that hooks to the buggy and has a 1 7/8 " hitch to hook behind your car or truck to pull.  the buggy is wired with an easy plug to go right into your vehicle to operate the tail lights. the sale also comes with 2 extra 5 pound Co2 tanks.  and comes with a 50 pound Co2 tank to fill the small tanks. also comes with an extra set of seat covers. along with snap on rear engine cover and seat coverings in case you are caught out in the rain for extended time period.  the buggy has always been garage kept here.  Street Legal, licensed, titled and insured as a 1972 VW buggy.
