The plan was to replace the cab with a Blazer SUV cab and then sell it for $30K or more. This is a great snow cat as a base for a project. If we were keeping it, we would install a cab from a full size blazer or quad cab/ 4 door truck for more passenger and supply carrying capacity. It is freaking amazing and unstoppable. This is ready to go, however it's only a one seater. It would be very easy to add a flatbed to it. You can also run this cat as is without replacing the cab.
