Bought this quad around a year and a half ago, and have spent thousands rebuilding it and increasing the spec. The engine has just had a full top end rebuild (less than 1 hour ), with a new CNC ported head from the best in the business fitted (Racers Edge of Arizona) , with brand new +1 valves, and dual spring kit (Cost £1000 alone). It has had a brand new 13:1 CP piston fitted, with a Cylinder works 480 cylinder / Hotcam stage 3 and cometic gaskets. It has also had a brand new Wiseco clutch basket, Brand new OEM Inner hub and pressure plate, and Tusk racing clutch plate/fibre/spring kit fitted.
Haven't had this Dyno'd since the new Head / Cam , but should be somewhere around the 60 mark to the wheels. To put that into perspective a stock 700 Raptor is around 40 to the wheels, and with big 3 fitted (Exhaust / intake / custom map) around 50, and also Weigh more than a 450 machine. This thing is no slouch. The quad has also just had a full rebuild with fresh powdercoat . The Frame is now gloss black (its still silver on some of the older photo's on this listing) . I have also just converted it to the newer style tank (09+) , with a brand new genuine honda plastic tank cover. The Rath swaybar is no longer fitted, and the quad comes with new DWT red label wheels fitted with E-mark Mx style tyres instead of the road legal ones pictured on some of the pics. . Fourwerx Hood. Mishimoto Radiator Hoses. Moose Racing Parking block off. Oversized Radiator. EBC red brake pads. HRC needle . Hotrods crank There is probably loads more i have missed off. I have alot of reciepts for most of the stuff that was brought if needed. It is a 2005 Model , and has M.O.T until the end of August 2017.
Could possibly reduce spec/price as i still have most of the stock parts. Prefer Cash on Collection.
