Complete frame off restoration.  Frame and all running components are from a 1968 air cooled VW.  Body is a customized early 60s Sandpiper that was stretched instead of chopping the frame, so it rides well at highway speeds.  All engine, machine work, and painting was completed by professionals.  Dashboard, side panels, and doors are solid oak.  This was a 6+ year project!  Passed PA inspection June 2016, has PA plates.  Located in NE PA.
