Kamasura 1987 Model 250 VRX "Motorcycle" Promotional Scam MopedHere is a unusual, if not rare example of public marketing exploitation at it's worst. Peoplewould receive letters, probably from motorcycle magazine subscription lists, to basically geta free "motorcycle" to evaluate just by paying shipping and handling fees.What the letter suggests and what arrives (after paying the fees of course) are WORLDS apart.I do have the original letter (customers name is blocked here to prevent any further embarrassment,even after 29 years) and some sort of registration/ownership paperwork that I sincerely doubt wouldEVER produce a title! The numbers on this paperwork DO NO MATCH the serial number stickerfactory applied below the seat post!The original owners manual and the above papers ARE included. I think this has a 40 or 49 cc 2 stroke motor with centrifugal clutch, just a bit shy of the implied 250. (2 stroke + 50 cc = 250 maybe?) I'm thinking this thing's best use is a curiosity or collector piece.......??It is NOT in running condition, the motor did turn a few years ago, but I have not tried and won'tattempt to, do to back problems. Cables are tight, but I think it could be brought back with some(lots) of love and TLC. As the photos show, it does have a pleasant patina (tongue in cheek), a"tweeked" (read bent) goose-neck/steering stem and mild damage from storage.....hardly from use at just 47 miles, huh?Sold AS-IS.......NO TITLE......NO PROMISES......WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET........ALL FOR ONLY A STARTING BID OF $123.45 !!BID NOW!............HURRY!............................
