This Flying Merkel tribute bike is so much fun to ride or just sit with a beverage and buddies and look at. Check your local regulations but the only time I have been stopped was for them to ask how old it was and how much it was worth!The bike was built by Cory Reed of Reed's Vintage Cycle. We made a blue and orange one. This bike will be shipped as seen in the pictures with a set of IF IT HAS WHEELS handlebars. One of their first sets. I believe that for a rider or display, a patinaed bike like this only becomes more real as it is ridden. If you scrub a rim, simply deflate the tire, get some spray primer and touch it up.It is easy to ride. Simply pedal while holding the clutch, release the clutch and ride on.You will not be disappointed! I will deliver the bike to your carrier of choice in the Roanoke Virginia area.We are members of many Vintage groups such as Hodaka, Penton Owners Group, AHRMA, PVR, etc. We only do business that makes us both smile! We attend some swapmeets and Vintage races primarily in the Mid Atlantic area. We have 20 years of bikes and parts. If you have questions contact Roger. 540-588-0301.
