No need for motorcycle licenseHas a few scuffs and scratches worst one is on the left side fairing, I will get a pic of that posted.Runs and drives great as with all small engines needs a few min to warm up.Top speed I have seen is 37mph I expect more once its broken in.All stock except for Air filter, trimmed rear fender and rear luggage rack removed.I have stock filter and rack.Sold as is Parts are readily available from manufactureNeeds nothing but a new home. Less than 20 miles on it.
