The sand rail is legal to drive in Nebraska. Has 1972 Volkswagon 1800 gas engine. Very clean machine has had alot of new parts and looks great as you can see in the pictures. Four speed manual transmission, new shocks, new carberator, valves have been recently machined, tires are in great shape, the unit runs out real great and tops out at 65MPH. I have a clear title for the machine.
