I purchased this 2006 John Deere TS Gator to keep and use for myself.  When I purchased it looked like it had been sitting for some time.  It had some rust and the frame needed repair.  I had it sand blasted and repaired  at a local welding shop.  The same welding shop that helped build the Florida Polytechnic University.  The bed has some rust holes but is still solid.  The frame is also solid.  I rebuilt the motor and transmission and had the axles serviced.  It has a new battery and new drive belt.  The fenders are new and also the seats.  It has a new hour meter because the old one was not functioning.  It starts and runs great.  I have tried to cover up the ugly as I was going to keep it for myself.  To coin a phrase "it is what it is".   And I think it is a great running,  good looking restored machine that could use a little more love if you wanted to get it looking brand new.  I'm not sure what else to say about it,  I'm trying to be as honest as possible regarding its condition.  If you have any questions please ask.   It is also available for local purchase so I reserve the right to end the auction early if someone comes up with cash in hand that I cant refuse.
