Your bidding on a 1959 Montgomery Wards Riverside Scooter made in japan by Mitsubishi and called the silver pidgeon. This was sold mail order by Montgomery wards as a riverside but built by Mitsubishi and they had 6 different models sold this would be the mid-range priced model C80 and is very desirable by scooter collectors. They all ran a 4 stroke 125cc engine except there low end model the c73 I believe other 5 models all had the same engines in them. Some of the C80 models had a plunger primer hooked up to carburetors to help the engine start this one still has the plunger and its top that bolted to carburetor but missing rest of carb so would need to find a carburetor I am going to see if I can find a replacement carb that will work to see if will start and run because this engine's in good condition and everything currently works as it should and I believe would run if carburetor wasn't missing even the fuel tank is clean not bad with just real small rust spots that won't hurt at all. The tire's are good shape still not weathered or unsafe to ride on and are the riverside brand that was sold for these scooters. Have clear title the original ignition key is gone but I found a replacement key in my collection that fits and works fine. This scooter has horn that will run off 4 D size battery's headlight and brake light run off magneto and all work. The rear brake lens is glass and top is fine but bottom has a couple spots wear small pieces of glass missing but for the most part still intact and won't fall out. This scooter will run 45 miles an hour in speed and has a kick starter to start engine with a choke cable that is free and works. All cables for throttle front and rear brakes and choke are all free and in working condition with good brakes front and back. Scooter chain is little rusted and I have cleaned it up but would recommend replacing also scooter will roll easy just not currently running due to carb missing. It has lock for tool box that's mounted to rear top body of scooter but missing key and the steering neck has a lock can push in and lock steering on scooter but missing key as well. Also the tire's are in safe condition to ride on but will go flat after 2-3 days and I think because these are split rims that are 2 piece wheel you bolt together and in between the 2 rims are a rubber gasket so may have to apply new gasket or some rubber sealer or just check to tighten bolts. It has 3697 on mile's odometer and believe is correct. Scooter has clear title and I believe if somebody can find another carburetor it wouldn't take much to get this back on the road again or if you need a parts machine for one of your silver pidgeons this one is still really solid.
