Very nice 1996 Honda Helix with less than 6000 miles for sale. Asking 1950/obo. This scooter is in excellent condition. There are some minor scratches in the clear coat; however, for a 1996 it is in exceptional condition. There are not cracks, breaks or major defects in the body of the vehicle. The scooter runs perfect. I recently replaced the battery and carburetor. I've based the price on recent posts for Honda Helix's on the internet. There are two things that I want to point out. One, there is a missing plastic cover that is supposed to hide the radiator bottle, and I would suggest replacing the front tire at a time in the near future. The front tire is absolutely drivable; however, I feel it needs to be replaced sooner than later. This scooter will do 65 - 70 mph with and average sized person on it. I have a signed title in hand for quick and easy transfer. This scooter hasn't been registered since 2012 and hasn't many miles since 2010, when my mother and her boyfriend purchased the scooter. Their intention were to use it tool around town together where they lived; however, neither of them were able to pass their motorcycle license test. I acquired it this spring do to death in the family because room needed to made so the house could be sold. The scooter has sat in the garage for years and not ridden, until this spring when I put some time and money back into to get it road worthy. I'm impressed with how well it runs, rides and looks! Why should you purchase this one opposed to others posted on the internet? This scooter is in excellent condition and has less than 6,000 miles. All the other ones of this age all have 20,000 to 30,000+ miles on them.
