The bike has custom powdercoated gray with white decals, including the
gray tank, sidecovers, seatpan, and trunk lid. The tank was coated on
the inside, so no rust to be found. Cosmetically, everything's in great
shape with no broken tabs anywhere.The engine is a Puch ZA50 2-speed auto, which is the slightly rarer and
more complex Puch engine. The engine was totally rebuilt before going on
the bike - the main reasons for the rebuild were a bad crankshaft and
questionable crankshaft bearings. While the engine was apart, the
transfers were matched for the Airsal 70cc top-end kit that was going
on, and the top of the case was shaved to fit the Dellorto SHA intake.
The ignition was also rebuilt with new points and a new condenser, and
the wiring was simplified.Engine (bottom end):

Lightly-used ZA50 large-bell crankshaft from Lucky 2 Strokes
