Early Benson gyro copter with 72 horse Mac engine. Comes with a Burgis plans built mechanical simulator for initial training. This machine is a legal ultralight in the U.S., but is required to be registered  and certified in Canada, and a pilot license is also required in this country. The pictures shows the 2 machines assembled, but they are currently both disassembled for storage and are sold as is. The rotor blades shown were stolen from my hanger. I bought partially finished molded fiberglass blades to replace them, but have never finished them. These blades are wood core with standard fiberglass skin, but could be wrapped in  carbon fiber and epoxy. The  giro had been altered and used as a 2 place trainer before I got it. The original pedal setup is included. The engine ran well when last used and has been stored inside. I used it on my home built bi-plane mostly, but  also on the gyro when I wanted to play with it. I've had a couple of hours of flight training on the gyro, but have never gotten licensed for it. The previous owner claimed to have done some repairs to the wooden prop. He then used it for training and I have put about 300 hours on it while powering my bi-plane with the engine and prop. I'm selling off my aircraft stuff because the sport is no longer viable for me. I accept Pay Pal only The purchaser will have to arrange for pick-up.
