I am offering here for sale a potentially fantastic trike project which I am reluctant to let go but unfortunately a change in circumstances means that its time to pass him on to someone else.  The trike was bought in its current state some years ago having been originally started by a chap called JJ. I understand that he spent many years planning this project before he started but he passed away suddenly and so was never able to realise his dream. Heres what i know: - The body is heavy metal tubing which has been securly tacked in place but will need full welding. - The rear springs/breaking i believe were Sierra based but dont quote me on that. - The front end we believe is Yamaha based. - The engine is a late Sierra 2 litre Ford Pinto with a four speed auto gearbox, in itself a rare and desirable set up.  - The exhaust manifold is from an RS 2000 - I have no log book never have and always assumed that the finished article would be a Q plate.  - I believe JJ was in close contact with Vosa but whether they retain any record i do not know, but you may be able to find out more using the engine number. - This was originally garaged by us but has spent the last few years under some tarps so the frame will need sandblasting but it is still solid.  - The engine turns over by hand and we have kept oiled rags in the inlet manifolds to keep moisture and dust out.  - Measures approx 5ft at the back and 9ft long was designed to fit a big chap (prob around 6ft tall). We suspect the original intention was to fit an AC Cobra back end to this which would have looked just awesome we have been to Pilgrim and measured the back of one of their cobra kits and it would appear to fit perfectly if the relevant frame work was added and would indeed make this a stunning trike.  We welcome and recommend any inspections (Mottingham, SE9) and will happily try and answer any questions you might have.
