This is a part of a display that was used at the 2008 PRI show in the Howe booth. It spent five years in the Howe showroom then was stored until recently when it was cut from the base and set outside during renovations. It has a some rust on all exposed metal surfaces but it is otherwise in straight and new condition. The front loop is already attached and would make for a cheap and easy repair frame. Buyer may pick up or pay freight for shipment.
