Hi,Here for sale is my unfinished Mercedes SEL 4.5l fuel injected trike.The engine is from 1976- 1980.It has a Volkswagen front wheeldrive gearbox fitted to it so it has no rear axle. Independent rear suspension, 8 into 8 drag pipes.Ford rear brakes and wheels with Volkswagen front calipers.There's also a tow ball attached to the rear.I replaced the fuel pump last year and a couple of injectors (they're surprisingly cheap if youknow where to go) It has been mot'd before but is sorn'd now and has been for some years. She runs,the lights including running lights work as does the gearbox and drive shafts. The things that need fixing that I'm aware of are the rear radiator leaks which could be soldered up or replaced. The rear master cylinder is seized open, it's a Girling .625 master cylinder which is removed and I have a rebuild kit for it.The main petrol tank isn't plumbed in though I've welded up some of the seams,there's a reserve 5 gallon jerry can on the back. I originally intended to replace the front end as the previous owner had not made a very nice job of it but it's usable. I have a short video of it running around here somewhere which I'll post online soon. So please no wannabees or dreamers nor any part exchange,though I'm open to serious offers,cheers utube Mercedes V8 trike
