This is a 4 seater - YES.  its an in-line 4 seater just like any other Jet Ski and it has a back Deck.  you literally can stand on the side rail and it will not tip over.  it has Sea Doo's bullet proof 951 CC engine.  I rebuild this one stem to stern last year so whole engine is brand new.   ****  I have 2 of these.  see my other listing for the other one.  if you want both I will work you a deal.  These Ski's are really fun and perfect for running 55 MPH then docking with the other boats on the sand bar.  there is a ice cooler under the second seat you can put drinks and food and ice in.  so you can snack and ride.  the rear compartments are large enough to put a set of water ski's or wake board normal size or life jackets etc.  the front compartment is the size of a small apartment so you will not be lacking storage.  there is a rear fold down step for easy boarding in the water.  Comes with Cover and 4 life jackets various sizes.cosmetics - has scuffs on bottom of hull from normal use.  there is a good size scuff on front hood as you can see but not broke.  Skins are about normal condition with one rip in one of the back pads.  nothing stopping me from using it.  Pads on side deck could be replaced if you wanted.I have this Sea Doo LRV on the water and using it currently.  it runs GREAT.  I have option of 2 trailers.  Singe and a Triple for an additional price.  first come on the trailers if you want one.Specifications
