Listed for sale is my 2012 Can Am Outlander 800 XT 4x4. This atv is in excellent condition. It starts runs and drives like new. The quad also has power steering. The tires and rims on it are the stock original ones. They were never used. I had an aftermarket set of rims and tires on it since it was purchased new. It has a fully functional winch installed on it. It also has heated hand grips and throttle. Only 683 miles! It can be in either four wheel drive or two wheel drive with just the push of a button. It has high low neutral reverse and park. It has aftermarket fender flares on it. I have a clean transferable title in hand for it. Oil was changed each year at the beginning of the summer.
