Picked this up in CT, the previous owner had it in his garage and didn't know how to start it (photos from 2013 garage included). It had 31miles on it when I bought it. The milage & maintenance history are all documented. Have the orig bill of sale from vespa. Owners manual, repair receipts from Scooter Bottega here in BK. Its really clean. Have replaced all 3 tires, carb, spark plug & wires, ignition coil, fuel tap. A 36 year old vespa with this milage and in this condition is extremely rare. Registered in NY; clear and transferable title. 2 stroke-Manual shift-motorcycle license needed.
