THANKS!1966 Allstate sold by Sears, know as the "Blue Badge' due to the (blue)Sears sticker on the legshield.. Basically the same as a VMA / Primavera. This model was of course produced in Italy by Piaggio and the Smallframe variant was only sold one year in 1966.I acquired scooter from a gen-u-ine barn in PA, it had some parts missing and under 1000 miles on the clock. It also had a full complement of farmer bodge work from tip to tail..A full *Rustoration* Mechanical rebuild was done by me maybe 4 or so years ago. Scooter now has 3300 or so miles and still starts and runs perfect. I just pulled it out from 6-9 months storage and it fired right up. Well under 1000 miles ago I put a Polini top end on it, it's also running a Dellorto 21mm round slide carb, and a Sito bannana exhaust with the baffle pulled... so all that means it will fly for a 50 y.o. 4 speed shitbox...-Rebuild included.. Clauss motor mounts / all bearings and seals / Tami crank / cruci / all clutch parts / Polini cyl. / Entire front end rebuild w/ new steering bearings-new sealed wheel bearings-pivot rebuild-new shock-brake shoes(f&r)Ignition and Electrical... A 4 pole flywheel was used in the rebuild, the old 6v type with points and the ignition coil on the stator. It kick ass and throws a very strong spark.. It has a headlight and taillight and a brake light.. The horn is not wired and can't be with this setup. The Mickey Mouse tail light is there, the lens is a Clauss repop. All the stickers are original '60's, and that muffler thing was just that, a rigged up muffler.. I left it on since it was already in there! Engine is original to frame, cases match, and of course it's Titled. Needs only a cleaning, and maybe new tire/tubes before Summers done.Just to be clear.. This scooter runs, shifts, and stops perfect... I would top the tank with fresh gas and ride it 100+ miles tomorrow.Happy bidding.Video!
