Up for auction is a NEW genuine Original Equipment Manufacturer RADIATOR and TEMPERATURE SENSOR for the Polaris PREDATOR series of ATVs. ALSO INCLUDED are TWO (2) genuine OEM Radiator Caps. EVERYTHING is NEW: radiator caps / anti-vibration grommets / fan thermostat temperature sensor / wiring / Weather-Pack connectors. The ONLY issue is the radiator filler area has a distortion due to mishandling. *** The radiator sealing area is perfect.*** The issue is where the cap is twisted on. IF you have the proper tools, you can bend the radiator cap tab back into position. The radiator cap works with some minor extra effort. PLEASE refer to the PICS. Once the radiator cap is installed, filling the radiator is from the overflow reservoir. There is no further reason to remove the radiator cap. Again, the sealing area on the radiator is perfect. This costs a bunch of $$$ from a Polaris dealership. PLEASE MAKE SURE THIS FITS YOUR MODEL of Polaris ATV. ebay REQUIRED a specific year for the listing. I entered 2004. The radiator is manufactured by LONG of Canada. LONG Manufacturing from Canada is used by top Motorsports teams due to QUALITY CONTROL / DURABILITY / RELIABILITY. Specific aluminum alloys and welding procedures are required for a maximum quality radiator. Substitute alloys and construction methods from offshore locations can be a short term savings with a risk to engine overheating or failure from a pinhole leak miles from any paved road. You get what you pay for! Taking a spare radiator along on a day trip where the terrain is very rugged makes sense. Retrieval from a wilderness area due to a punctured radiator / ATV breakdown can be a challenge without spare parts.
