For sale 1962 Montgomery Ward Riverside Mo-ped. Rare vintage mobylette moped sold by Montgomery Ward with complete original operator manual booklet.Came from original owner's family estate sale in Massachusetts.Recently was serviced. Coil was replaced in stator,spark plug coil with condenser updated to run correctly,new spark plug with wire and new Motobecane hand grips.New seat.Carburetor cleaned and all new gaskets replaced. Headlight and taillight bulbs replaced.Note the right crank pedal was welded.Please see photo of excellent repair done. Ready to ride! All other parts are original except parts mentioned. The moped is sold with a title. The 1962 Montgomery Ward Riverside Mo-ped is registered as a Limited Class C Motorcycle (Moped) in New York State. Very inexpensive legal transportation. Registration and driver license is only required In NY. Registration fee is $6.25 a year in NY.
