Bought new in 2009 for use as an urban commuter, this scooter is very well cared for and is in super condition.  It has been serviced every year, and I have very complete maintenance records.  It has always been garaged, filled only with premium fuel, and the battery has been kept on a trickle charger.Ok, I know.  Automatic Vespas are not as cool or as beautiful as the classics, but this one comes close.  Zips along at 60 MPH at 5280 feet!  Has a big (8.66") hydraulic disc brake up front and a larger 11" in front too.  4 stroke motor (no need to add oil to fuel) with automatic CVT transmission makes it a real smoothie.  The stock exhaust has been replaced by a Sito Plus performance non-catalyzed exhaust, which gives it a bit better acceleration, top end, and better tone.  This scooter has the brightest headlights and indicators I've seen.  Tires are Michelin sports with lots of tread left on very sharp looking 5 spoke mag wheels.  Has a nice sized storage bin under the seat (not big enough for a full-face helmet, which you really should wear) but plenty of room for raingear, etc. Very nice looking machine too, with a great retro-colored orange paintjob (only a few small dings) and trapezoid headlight to make it look (at least a bit) like an early '70s Vespa Sprint or GL.Other things I really like about this scooter:
Cool square mirrors.  Unlike on a 2-stroke, they do not vibrate so badly that you cannot see out of them.Hefty anchor below floorboard for a lock.  You should lock this up, even though it has a steering column lock and ignition key.Low profile seat that still puts you up nice and high with a good view.Did I mention orange paint?(mostly) metal.  Do you really want a plastic scooter?Made in Genoa, Italy by real Italians.Shiny chrome heat shield to keep you from burning yourself on exhaust.Really neat "S" badgesClear Colorado Title
