I have gone through the exceptionally difficult, expensive and confusing process to make the UTV 100% street legal. It's inspected, plated, titled and registered for 2 years. I've been pulled over twice with zero issues.  THIS title will transfer into every state (except California, or Washington State) with a clean and clear, street legal title and street legal status.  It's the exact same thing as buying a car in the eyes of the DMV.  However, if your particular municipality requires emissions testing, I cannot promise that it will pass that aspect of street legality.

Clean and clear title in hand.I have two roofs with it. One is a metal roof that was damaged by previous owner (it's the one currently on the RZR)
The other is a RoofSounds sound rack. It has an amp, speakers, waterproof sound system all works on bluetooth no wires except the power to the battery. You can choose either roof, but not both.
Includes two sets of wheels- offroad and DOT tires. The DOT tires are 95% worn out. The offroad tires are about half done. Just being honest.
OEM windshield w/ rearview mirror
Seatbelt delete. (seatbelts are included and can be put back in if you want them)  This is sort of a weird deal.  If you have seatbelts they have to be D.O.T. compliant, which the stock Polaris belts are NOT.  However, if you don't have seatbelts at all then it will pass safety inspection.  Weird, but that's why they are out.  Getting DOT 2017 seatbelts would cost something on the order of $1500 for all of the fancy new style belts.  So I said screw it.
Upgraded STM clutch. I had originally intended to put a huge lift kit and 35" on it and that required an STM. I have the original stock clutch as well if you want to go back to stock and I'll just take the $2200 off the price and keep the STM.
It is not registered as a dune buggy or home built.  On the title and registration and tags it says "2017 Polaris RZR1000-4"

I also have a new graphics kit that needs to be installed from scratches. I can do it for you. Just sort of sitting in my garage right now.  No charge for that.100% completely street legal now. All of the required mods have been done, you just get in and ride.Pricing? I'm flexible. I realize that you can just go buy a brand new one for about the same amount. But trust me, if you're looking for a street legal machine that someone has already done all the hard work- this is worth it's weight in gold. Make me a reasonable offer. Understand that it has to make sense for both of us. I know I'm asking a lot of money for it, I'm not some bone-head asking giraffe ear money for it- I'm trying to chase off the tire kickers and the people who want to waste time. I'm very motivated and easy to get ahold of. Delivery available. Cash, trade or money order. Also I have a 14 foot trailer that I can work into the deal as well if you're interested.
Thanks!Jo -- 737-999-4877text or call.  P.S.  I'm getting a flood of emails asking how I got it street legal.  I just followed the DMV rules and got the many different inspections, stickers, weight certificates, waivers, insurance, etc etc.  I can't write out exactly how it was done it would take too long.  If you do it yourself be prepared to pull your hair out with all of the different stuff you have to do, trips on the trailer to different offices etc.
